Is it any surprise that Conservatives are noticeably absent from the list of Nobel Peace Prize winners?

No. It isn't. And if you think about it, there might be a reason for that other than the one you're implying.

It might be why a former dictator of the Soviet Union has one, and Ronald Reagan does not.
