...discuss this very point on two separate occasions. He basically says the jury is still out and the way to make sense of it is to think in terms of best versus worse case scenarios.
Dr. Mote is a co-author of the article and advised the IPCC. He's local here in the pacific northwest. Good guy. Works hard to stick with the science and avoid the politics.
