A technical note
Looks like they embedded full-resolution images in the PDF, and in a couple of cases the callouts are in PDF rather than being on the image itself. As a result, if you have Acrobat authoring software, you can open the PDF and use the Advanced/Export All Images feature to extract full-size images, without callouts in the case of the page 1 image. Nice--quite a bit more to see in image #1 without the labels obscuring half the image.
I got the best results exporting at 600 dpi, BTW; at 1200 the image was oversampled. 300 left pixels on the table. @ 600 the file size is about 45M.
