1798 undeclared war again France - no consent on that one

1812 - more of a tie but again no consent

1830 Seminole war - all the other indian wars - won that one but without consent

1848 Mexican war - won that one without consent

1860 Civil war - won that one without consent and some hostility

1898 Spanish American war - won that one without consent

WW1 & WW2 did we have consent or was that just our allies?

Korean war - won that one and we had partial consent

Vietnam war - lost that one and we had consent? Or did we?
