Well, it looks as if it's not a scam, I guess. It just seems very strange that there is nothing on the BC Hydro web site about it, even through their Telephone Pioneers section, which, as TB points out, does mention a card, and the card has the same background graphics as the coin drop one.

And I would have thought that they would let the people who answer their main phone number about the whole thing - I called and they acted as if I was nuts. Not a very good way to attract people to the site, especially these days when a lot of people are paranoid about Internet scams... like me.

I'm still not clear on the wwe5 bit - when I google it, I mostly get sites about wrestling (WWE).
