If it weren't for the part about BCHydro denying any knowledge of it, I'd say it was legitimate. "bchydro.com" seems to be a legitimate domain name, and that means that any site under that domain name, such as "wwe5", must be under their control. The home page at wwe5.bchydro.com says that it's the site for a video contest, and the Rube Goldberg coin-dropping game might be from the contest.
It's odd that they're denying it, since the site would have to belong to BC Hydro. Other than that, nothing looks fishy to me.
