It's legit.
The card itself seems to be just an entertainment, which introduces one to a donation site where actual money is involved.
If that were a phishing site, it would have to be the best one I've ever seen.
However, I took a few minutes to track down the actual Children's Hospital site, and then on through to their own donation link.
Clicking on the hospital's "General donation" button takes you to the exact same web address as the one linked to the card.
Then I went at it from another direction. The "Power Pioneers" mentioned on the card is BC Hydro's retired employee's association. Their website has a page on this card.
Conclusion: More than legitimate.
