That's research?

You can find a lot more Google references to "Republican smear campaign" than "Democratic smear campaign?" What does that actually inidicate, other than leftists being a lot noisier and more paranoid than conservatives? You're tallying accusations, not hard evidence. You'd think it would give you a clue that people that pull the concept out of thin air without proof, including yourself, come out high on the list.

I did a Google search on "conservative smear campaign" and got 881 hits. A search on "liberal smear campaign" got 1,400 hits.

So there, by your own inane standards of proof, I win.

When you track this e-mail crap back to someone actually working in a Republican campaign (the last Obama e-mail hoax that cost a couple of Hillary campaign workers their jobs), get back to us. Otherwise, it's just something from some nutball out there, and no different than the tinfoil-hat stuff I have to wade through on this board every day.

Incidentally, why am I the only one that gets hooted down as having a "martyr complex" when I complain about double standards around here? Nobody else gets that noise from you when they whine about being treated poorly. I think any objective observer would see that I'm held to higher standards of proof than many others.
