Listen to him speak in interviews and one-on-ones
'Thats what I thought'
You know what? screw you and your smarmyness. The usual insinuation that anyone who deviates from your view is just too stupid, brainwashed and sheeplike to be trusted with frontal lobes. You better not forget who you are talking to. I spend probably as much time, if not more, educating myself on issues and current events as you do, and your pathetic implications and dismissals of anyone who disagrees with you makes me think that its pointless to talk to you. Again, I'll take my predictive track record over yours any day.
Positions can be explained by handlers and advisers. If you want to know how well he himself, listen to interviews. I have listened to several, on youtube and elswhere and am more impressed by Romney than I am by him, and I am not very impressed by Romney.
Thompson is an airhead who knows jackall about what he is talking about. The man insinuated in an interview that the NIE which downgraded the threat posed by Iran was an 'Iranian Plot' against the US. Basically, the only way to explain his words was if he had no effing clue what an NIE was, and no effing clue about what had happened.

Oh! Cute comeback in the title. Did you think of that all by yourself?
