P.S. your definition of "morality" is still too narrow.
In my own experience, someone who would do something rotten in their personal life would have few problems doing something rotten in their professional life. This is "integrity."
Long ago I asked people here if they would keep their money in a bank if they saw the bank president secretly lifting a candy bar at a convenience store. A surprising number of people didn't even see what I was driving at.
