"Where HAS our society gone"
No doubt society has changed but so has the population since 1950. It's doubled from about 150 million to over 300 million. If the percentage of "sickos" remained the same, you could expect twice as many now.
Changing attitudes towards sexuality, increasing tolerance of gays, and a liberal interpretation of the 1st amendment (if REB is right), may also have something to do with such "bathroom behavior".
(I don't have anything against gays, but bathroom rendezvous are a know practice- e.g. George Michael )
