I've never had a strong desire to be a knowledgeable partisan hack on any topic.
Now, when Nobel award winning, Al Gore says:
"There are now forecasts that the North Pole ice caps may disappear entirely during summer months within five years"

That's a knowledgeable partisan hack.
And not stupid- if all he wants to do is to make more money from a large number of rich and ignorant people.
One can hope that Gore hasn't deluded himself so much so that he invests large amounts of his own money into trans-polar shipping.
