This is just a bunch of half-literate 'SciencyScience!' jargon thrown together in a blender to fool, well, FOOLS!. This is silly! Do you have any idea how far away from the ionosphere planes travel? Do you have any idea what sort of magnitude magnetic fields would have to be to (a) reach the mid-atmosphere and (b) heat particulates? Do you have any idea how silly this is?
