Claims indicating a lack of evidence comes from Government Manipulation of the evidence. Absurd statistical claims made that mean nothing (IE '97% certainty'). Non causal links touted as evidence (See, they were doing wargames in that area around that time, and I think there was an 'anomalous' cloud around that time, therefore.... ).
