That's spelled "emAnating".

Just kidding, I thought I'd have a little fun at your expense.

You couldn't be more mistaken. No, I am definitely NOT a perfectionist.
In fact I have to force myself to do an acceptable job because I am inherently lazy and easily distracted. Once I crack a problem, the mopping up operation usually bores me to tears.

As for working for me, I doubt that would ever happen. I don't like people working for me, I feel uncomfortable giving orders and telling people what to do, and I don't enjoy the feeling that their welfare is my responsibility. I would rather work for someone I respect and who will leave me alone to do my job, and be available to help me if I run into a snag. In those conditions, I have demonstrated I can be phenomenally productive and happy.

I've been a boss twice in my life, once briefly in the Navy, and once at a previous job (about 8 years); in both cases I managed a team of about a half-dozen subordinates. Both situations turned out extremely well, both for me and my people, but I think I was extremely lucky, too. In both cases I had a first rate team working for me and they ran the show pretty much without my help. I was just available if they ran into a snag. I am well aware that is a luxury most managers do not enjoy.

Not your typical Virgo.
