Housing WAYYYY Overpriced and Bubble BUST
It had to come the way homes were being pumped up in price by specs and then flipped for 20-30k more each time, how do you justify selling a 3 bedroom home on a 100/100 lot full basement that was built in 1955 for 15k, fast forward 50 yrs asking price was 453k and the people were jumping to buy at that price. Now the house if for sale along with about 10 others in same area all with shakey mortgages.
