No doubt what you guys are saying is true.
I'm still having a hard time believing that officials wantonly poisoned their people just because they're 60% poor and black.
Flint was hemorrhaging cash. Their education budget was running a 21 million dollar deficit. The 19 million dollars saved by using another water source was not "just a few" dollars. Sadly, the choice they made is going to cost more than they would have saved.
