I've got Time Warner Road Runner and I did have the fastest. Now they have the bump up where you download twice as fast and all that but I don't download anything (at least only rarely) so I don't see why I should pay a few bucks a month extra for that extra burst of speed.

TW's customer service isn't bad once you access it but the problem is the friggin' wait period when you call. That sucks!
