I think you are splitting hairs. RE polygraphs they can pertain to anything on the NAC, which can be thrown at someone 'creatively', even if agreements are in place (I've experienced this). "Access" and "security" overlap.

All this trivia aside, are you naive enough to trust either Democratic candidate with any substantive responsibility?
