Extremists may be born, but it is environment that polarizes their extreme positions. One needs look no further than the educational systems and dysfunctional family structures which leed to martyrdom, jihad and extremism.
America isn't to blame for Islam's fanatics. Islam martyrs and fanatics have been around LONG before the US or Israel ever existed.
