Yeah but

The Space Shuttle carried 7 people while the Soyuz carries 3.

Still, I don't feel completely safe about riding in either of them, between being
shot into space on a controlled bomb and then coming back to Earth and hoping
either the tiles weren't punctured or that the re-entry capsule will detach and
orient itself properly.

Of course if someone offered to give me a ride on one of them, I'd still probably
like to go.

If anyone was offering, of course... which would be nice... I mean, I wouldn't
stop them, you know, from asking.... Just a couple of circuits around the globe,
that would do. Of course if you want to stop at the space station for a week
or two, I can probably rearrange my schedule for that....
