Then consider how much trouble each incident is causing the military. Desertion, for instance. Identifying them, sending the FBI after them, the notifications to law enforcement agencies, etc., just to get them.

Then the transportation and prosecution, if indicated. And so on.

Very expensive. And 31% more of 'em on waivers desert.

Frankly, they can be absorbed into a heads-up unit with great leadership. With anything less than great leadership they are a negative influence. In my humble opinion, humility being my middle name and strong suit. More humble than almost anyone else. The Dalai Lama calls me, I don't call him.
