First, your dismissal of percentages. Now I'm sure yours are valid percentages as opposed to those used by others. By definition. Point granted.

But saying desertion, misconduct and other problems are a non-issue for the military is akin to saying that burglary and robbery are non-issues for the society at large.

Stuff yer head in the sand and it's all a "non-issue".
