When one's candidate has reaching the point of having virtually zero probability of amassing the delegates necessary to win the nomination, it's time to put aside attacks, accusations, etc. and rally behind the nominee, and get ready to defeat the Republicans in November.
Under even the rosiest scenarios Clinton could only shave perhaps 20-30 delegates off Obama's 137 delegate lead by the last primary, and then she would need to win over 70 percent of the remaining superdelegates. After they split NC/Indiana on Tuesday (most likely outcome) that threshold will rise even higher. It ain't gonna happen. Obama will definitely be the Democratic nominee in the 2008 presidential election.
It's time to face reality, and for Hillary to tone down her critiques, and look for a graceful and appropriate way to exit the campaign. Perhaps an Obama victory in North Carolina will give her that opportunity.
