Clinton is capable but unprincipled, a gorgon who will do anything to get elected.

McCain is Bush all over again, just older, weaker, and just as compromised by his concessions to the loonies in his party.

Maybe its time to draft Gore and Gingrich to head their parties' tickets. There would be a real ideological choice and whoever won would at least have a vision of where to go and some concept of policy.
