A while back Larry Kudlow printed up a chart showing the spending and earmark habits of the Republican Congress.

The Congress fell off the wagon not when Bush was elected, but about when Gingrich left. Don't ask me what happened to the '06 Democrats.

I would pay money to see Gingrich debate Gore. Gore doesn't seem to like debates.
