Rude, but still pretty funny.

I feel sorry for CSR's having to deal with that stuff though.
By the time most folks get in touch with a rep, they're already po'd.

It has to be psychologically tough, dealing with an endless stream of short tempered complainers, and still maintain a professional attitude.
