A possibility.

Soil samples were supposed to be taken and sent to my friend Nancy Talbott. I just emailed her with your response and when the soil samples are analysed, I'll let you know if there was any "diesel fuel" in the mix.

I think the person in the field handling the samples and taking the pictures would have SMELLED the diesel fuel and then got mighty sick with the weed killer. I don't believe that happened. Did you scroll down and look at the snow circles?
