The sun will begin to set daily from around Sol 90

By about Sol 300, the sun will no longer rise at all, until Sol 400.

I would put 'death' at around Sol 150-180, the end of useful science being at the front end of that time. Thereafter, the frost wil encroach, covering, as you mentioned, the vehicle in frost.
