It is wrong to invade countries simply because they have evil governments, UNLESS it can be done with broad support from the international community. It's not that people like Saddam, Mugabe and that sleaze in Serbia (whose name now escapes me) who was operating rape camps don't deserve to get overthrown, they do. It's because it will give any bully with a private axe to grind, or some geopolitical scheme he's trying to pull off, an excuse to launch a war for his private benefit.
