A lot of projects are just that......projects funded by black budgets. It's a while before they are weaponized and actually brought out into the public eye (not). Just like they're telling us what they are doing with biological weapons. Instead, they just knock off the microbiologists that have worked on their projects.

How about microwave or sound weapons? Sorry, they only tested them over in Iraq and all news stories are squelched over here in our (LOL) "free press". Investigations are hushed up and prosecutors are fired.

Are you trying to tell me that we are NOT developing this behind closed doors? Because we are. There are always lone wolf scientists out there who get paid big bucks for their diabolical projects. They are compartmentalized so they really don't know WHAT they're doing. Look at the Manhattan Project. A lot of the scientists were gung ho about developing the latest horrific weapon, and after seeing their "creation" utilized, felt differently about it decades later.

HAARP has ALREADY expanded our ionosphere out by 80 miles and they are microwaving the atmosphere. A lot of atmospheric tests are being done under our noses. No wonder the US declined facing a European Union of scientists about what we were doing with our weather research. We don't want to admit it.

This will become common news very soon. It's about time the debate was out in the open.
