Boy, are you drinking out of the wrong cup!
That was cute. *smile*
Heinlein did have one long-lasting effect in this house.
When naming children, one has to consider both the playground and the professional world, to think about what a name will rhyme with early in life and look like on letterhead in adulthood. I never wanted any daughter of mine to have a name ending in a diminuative "i" or "y", because (as was said by someone else whose name I forget) it's hard to shatter the glass ceiling with a name like Bambi. Heinlein put a spin on names ending in "a" as well. My three girls all have names that don't end in voiced vowels at all.
