TEGA melting
The TEGA sample chamber is a sealed cell, so as water ice warms up and develops higher vapour pressure, the cell pressure rises and contains it.
Anyway, if you warmed "naked" ice FAST on Mars (by electrical heating, or whatever means, it would still melt. it would boil, even at Zero Centigrade, but it would hang around for a while before it boiled away)
