As a follow-up. For the record not every human relict on the Moon is off limits to private enterprise. The Luna 21 lander and Lunokhod 2 were sold to Richard Garriott in 1993. You may work out a deal with him to bring one or the other back to Earth, legally :-)

I understand the location is pretty well known since they still use the laser reflector on it for measuring the distance to the Moon
