The arsenic is gonna get you before the radioactivity, and besides, drinking arsenic is voluntary.

Just don't smoke cigarettes and Polonium 210 is not an issue.

Smoke cigarettes and there are a lot of problems, all optional, all serious. Smokers are an all-volunteer army and can expect heavy casualties.
