Who is the real John McCain?
Would a McCain presidency reflect the John McCain who has abandoned so many of his principles to win his party's nomination and lock in the base? Or would it be the John McCain independents and even democrats liked so much because he bucked his own party and showed distain for the fundamentalists?
My honest gut feeling is the latter. What it says about him that he would reverse himself on so many issues in order to get elected is another matter.
