He was in perfect health, and was dead of pneumonia a month into his Presidency. Don't tell me that Presidents don't die unexpectedly of something other than gunshot wounds.
If you don't like me mentioning Palin's demonstrated (by her) lack of knowledge on almost anything having to do with statecraft, I fall back on my first position: She has only limited respect for the First Amendment, that is, she respects only that part of it that protects her religion. I will not vote for a censor. More to the point, I will actively vote against one.
