More socialism will not fix it.
FDR's mistakes will not be this generations. There is no shortage of financial companies in the world who will consume those who have fallen.
This isn't the end of civilization, this is the beginning of a new start. A balance long overdue.
That you cry crocodile tears with McCain for a bailout package that was a golden parachute for companies whose executive morals & business practices were taught to them personally by Satan, is far more telling.
;-)
Oh...and I did predict this recession/depression well over a YEAR ago. Use your homemade HZ search engine to find it.
Further predictions - the market loses half it's value in the next week. Then it starts to rebound after several foreign firms buy up our corrupt and poorly managed firms. Watch the average 300,000 house drop to 150,000 over the next year. Watch the average 70,000 car drop to 35,000 alongside it. Watch as American companies find it cheaper to build in the US again as property, factories and equipment all start costing far less than they do now. We're in for a rebirth & renewal and yes - I do look forward to it. It will wake folks up to the type of legislation we REALLY need. Economic socialism is dead. Long live the free market!
