I am not saying McCain supports everything those people did (well, his statements regarding Liddy certainly indicate he does).

I am saying that if you want to play the guilt by association game you better do it to your guy first- otherwise you come across as a cartoon of a partisan hack....

It also displays your fluid ethics when you dismiss the documented, and prosecuted crimes of those in this administration, while slamming Obama because he is supported by a guy that has not been convicted...

You cant harp on Ayers if you find McCain's association with Liddy acceptable, McCain is on the record praising Liddy!
