I took my family to his show a few years ago in the Bay Area at a local school. He was very clever and funny--no surprise--but we had to sit through a lot of conservative-bashing. Sort of S.O.P. for show biz, so no big deal. We got to meet him at the little wine-and-snack thing afterwards, and he was very nice to my kids.
