I have to admit that the first two Obama-McCain debates kinda drifted into the background for me while I worked on other stuff, and I was forced to revist them later online to make sure I didn't miss anything. The one that really held me was the Veep debate. To be honest, I've thought very highly of Biden for a long time now and was really interested in hearing him.
While Obama does well in the debates, it's in his speeches that he *really* soars, and that's where he captivates me. And I find myself a little resentful that in the debates he's got to share the stage with McCain, who simply does not inspire. Set next to Obama, McCain seems petty and insincere.
Enjoy the debate, Lindy. I'll be interested in hearing how you score it.

- Not to hammer in a point or anything...
- I suspect your reasoning capability has left you.
- Did I make a mistake in my numbers?
- Or was it the reasoning? You're welcome to point out a specific mistake there, too.
