Lieberman would have been a better 1st choice for McCain

The choice of Lieberman would have driven the right wing nuts but they have no where else to go but vote Republican anyway.

But I think that McCain is stuck with Palin. To switch now would look like an act of desperation and just more erratic behavior. He's been too erratic already.
