So we should have returned the 400m even after it was frozen because of an act of war and war crimes in 1979?

The Supreme court just ruled that 2 billion in Iranian frozen assets will be distributed to the families of the 241 US service men and 64 others in the Beirut bombing in '83. How can that be?

Hell, even Canada is holding 13 million just because Iran supports terrorists.
