Obviously he means when God the terrorist attacks America once again, with tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis and asteroid impacts. God hates America, apparently. It will also come in handy when the goat herders invade the homeland with their extensive naval and airborne assets, since most of our military is hung up on foreign lands fighting ridiculous wars they cannot win, at an incalculable cost to Americans, thus allowing another minor terrorist total victory.
