I share your loathing of inappropriate phone use. For me the worst are the people (usually middle age house wives) that park their lardy butts on the machine next to me at the gym and yak at top volume, usually using profanities and talking about absolutely inappropriate things- then get flat out ruse when I demand they put their toy away.
And don't even get me started on theater use.
