Who's to say it was a teenager? He could've been in his 20s, 30s, or older. I hear Blacks of all ages speaking like three year olds almost daily. I'll ask the question again, what kind of person needs to be told not to act like an idiot? Is this a common problem for people who vote for democrats? Is this what democrats hope to turn a majority of Americans into? Seems like they would be far easier to control if they're too stupid to know to pull up their pants without having to be told by the POTUS.
