As I've said before, I'm happy to bet money that the per-decade increase in the next decade will be over twice the per-decade rate of the 20th Century.
Natural explanations of why cyclic warming would accelerate after 150 years of prior warming are a crock. Given how warm it is now, the expectation should be for slowing, not acceleration.
