I agree

They not only had help from the future (I love how in ST it is okay to
violate the Time Directive when it involves a certain starship crew), but
once again Voyager defeats the Borg despite the fact that they have
trillions of drones, starships with transwarp drive, and transwarp
conduits all over the galaxy. I am amazed they hadn't just taken over
the whole galaxy by now/then.

Then again, if one starship full of mostly humans can outmanuever them
every time, I guess I have my answer to that question.

Even the ST:TNG creators admitted they made the Borg initially too
powerful and had to tone them down a bit. Too bad the real Universe
may not have those kinds of filters if we ever encounter real beings
like the Borg. After all, they did not see themselves as marauding
invaders but enlightened entities who only wanted to "improve the
quality of life" throughout the galaxy.

And then we have the United Federation of Planets, which also wants
only to "uplift" other species and make them enjoy the quality of life
that UFP members are supposed to enjoy.
