Especially in light of many posts here sneering at Bush for having subordinates who knew more about things than he did.

It seems to me that [Bush is] not threatened by having people around who are more knowledgeable than he. It looks as if his expertise will be to supply the goals, and his administration will be charged with what they may know best, getting it done.

Wow, sounds just like the sort of thing a Republican might have posted in response to one of the "dumb Bush" sneers. To more sneering, of course.

The "progressives" are going to get "Clinton II," and not the one everyone expected. While that might actually be better for the country than what the "progressives" had in mind, they aren't going to like it.
