We'll see how many socialist ideas he ends up pushing, or not pushing.

Nobody knows exactly what Obama is going to do, not even Obama. Given his past, I figured he had to be one of two things: either a radical, or a political chameleon who did "radical" because it was expected in the districts he was running in.

As the campaign progressed, the latter looked more plausible. Millions of people looked at him and listened to his speeches, and walked away convinced that Obama believed exactly what they did. How many others could pull off "pro-Israel" and "pro-Palestinian" at the same time?

I still stand behind this post.

If he turns out to be "Clinton III," it will at least be better than "Carter II" or "McGovern I."

He won't be "Reagan III," or "Goldwater I," but sure as hell McCain wouldn't have been either.
